Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Rest of India: 5-8 business days. Remote or rural PIN codes: 7-12 business days.

 

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 499. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 49 applies to orders below Rs. 499.

 

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on eligible PIN codes. A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout before you confirm. We offer 10% off when you choose to pay online.

 

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is sent by email and SMS once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to begin updating.

 

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, strikes, or incorrect addresses supplied at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate before placing your order.

 

Undelivered Orders

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused or remains undelivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us. Repeated refusals may result in Cash on Delivery being disabled for your account.
